Print End of Day

The Print End of Day option allows users to print any or all of the Close End of Day (EOD) reports that were created.

1. When you first enter the Print End of Day option, a Select an EOD Directory window will appear, allowing you to select from the EODs that have been created during the Close End of Day process. These folders are named using the Julian Dates for the date the folder was created.

2. Select the dated folder you desire and click the OK button.

3. A Reports window will appear with a list of the EOD report files that were created. You can select one or more report files to print by scrolling down the list and pressing Enter for each file desired. You may also press F9 to select all reports. When you have selected the files you would like to print, press F10 to exit. Refer to Close End of Day for a description of the files that were created.

4. Command options will appear:

• Print – Select Print to print the reports on the printer you select.
• Text File – Select Text File to display a Save As dialog box which will allow you to specify a name and location for the .txt file to be saved to. Txt files can be opened, viewed, and printed by most word processors.
• Exit – Select Exit to exit the option without printing.
